Your assessor needs access around the property to record the heating, windows, walls and insulation, and take measurements and evidence photographs. Tell us about keys, tenants and any access restrictions when you book.
If you have paperwork for insulation or other improvements, keep it handy. Tell Kath if your property has unusual features, a converted loft or several extensions so we can allow for it in the booking.
